|My sincere condolences for your loss. I was perusing the obituaries and saw her name, Ida Rose Lytton. She was my second grade teacher at Pablo, in…1972 or 3. Throughout my many years of education, Mrs. Lytton was persistently my favorite teacher. She (somehow:-) sparked an interest in reading that has never died in me. There are other reasons why she was my favorite teacher, but I just wanted to let you know how much she influenced my (and I’m sure many, many others) life for the better. That! In my view, is the mark of a well lived and worthwhile life.

|What a wonderful lady that will be greatly missed... how fortunate I was to also have Mrs. Lytton as my 2nd grade teacher in Pablo in 1970. Throughout the years I would run into her at the store and always,
without any prompting, call me by name. She always had a kind word and a hug for me. She was my favorite, and made me feel like I was her's!!
